韩媒称三星电子计划将图像传感器等更多非存储芯片外包_我的网站

A | 6月份就已开始采用3nm制程工艺为相关客户代工晶圆的三星电子，在芯片制造商方面其实实力不俗，他们旗下有多座芯片工厂，在技术方面也走在行业的前列。但即便三星电子在芯片制造方面实力不俗，他们也有将部分芯片外包其他厂商代工，去年就曾有报道称他们同其他厂商签订了图像传感器代工协议，并计划出售数百套晶圆厂的设备，支持相关的代工商建厂。而韩国媒体在最新的报道中表示，三星电子计划增加非存储芯片的外包，去年签订了协议的代工商，有望为他们代工更多的图像传感器和显示驱动芯片。
